Does this work with the factory triangle brace, or replace it?

could i be a pain and ask how much the bar is raised from where it bolts onto the strut tower , reason being i have a 3s in it and the throttle body and linkage sits high and inline with the strut towers .
or failing that can it be fitted back to front ?
