1/4 mile
etc

Also how much power do they ACTUALLY make atw. I know toyota says 200hp but ..... hmmm doubtful.

The one I drove a few years back was extremely smooth, felt like you were going much slower than you actually were. Similar 0-100 time as an ITR by the looks.

If I was in China then I just wouldnt be able to get into any Taiwan sites. Im sure I could still find Info on the Beams 3sge. But apparently from my digging anything from 110-120kw atw is expected

thats a good celica (I know the owner)will talk more about these when I get home (they make about 160WHP) and this one has the factory airbox (aftermarket pod filters lean it out in high rpms due to the afm)

this is a ST202 (ST203 are the ST202 with 4 wheel steering)

so its a late facelift spec SS-III so it comes with the redtop 3S-GE (VVT-I on the intake cam, 197BHP/ ~169WHP & 205.94 Nm of torque) 5 speed FWD transmission (this comes with the Helical LSD) and superstrut (bit different to the ST205) and stronger brakes- 2pot in the front

other things tom's front lip (pretty rare/uncommon) projector headlights 2post spoiler, but minus the rasier blocks (would look the same as WRC ST205 2 post spoilers)

interior notes: cilmate control, red strip seats 3post steering wheel rear strut brace (should have one) white face guage clusters

as far as power upgrades an ECU will take you to +210BHP, but you are limited to performance parts, maybe less somewhat to the 3rd gen 3sge.

the best person to ask about this is a guy called Zuban/Edophus. used to race one of these over in england. extremely knowlegable in this engine/celica

hope it helps
yea I was wrongish with the power before I was in a rush :D

I remember a few years back, one of my mates had one of these, He was following us around watching rally nz, we were in a GTS-T skyline with a little more boost than standard and this Celica kept up no problem with 5 people in the car, I was very impressed 8O

I guess the only problem with this celica is the ITR. Still much nicer interior in celica. Once you have done a nice 2.5inchy exhuast and a flat panel filter there isnt much you could do without going crazy with $$ to get more power.

How do they handle?

The biggest problem with a celica is they are considered more gay than an MX5.

Absolutely nothing wrong with them, I would own certain models, but it's the stereotype. Unless, you park next to a curren....

the thing that appeals to me about the st202 rather than the 205 is that being NA I would be less inclined to start spending stupid amounts of money on the thing (as those of you who have been here a while will know I do).

But then again I tried that with the Type R integra. Didnt work that well :P :P

Those crystal looking headlights on the st202 are sweet!

The biggest issue is, it appears to not be a V9 WRX.
