Is it? What's different. My memory suc, but I thought it was the same as 205?

the hubs are different (since the gt4 run the 4pot brake calipers)
I get different part numbers (must be bigger or stronger) to take the extra weight & power???

The biggest problem with a celica is they are considered more [person of homosexual orientation] than an MX5.

Absolutely nothing wrong with them, I would own certain models, but it's the stereotype. Unless, you park next to a curren....

Be ware of what you're actually getting, Not many people know much about NA Celicas.

A real SS-III can sometimes be difficult to differentiate from an SS-II, but some giveaways are -

SS-III always has "Superstrut Suspension" written on the bottom of the rear windshield.

SS-III chassis code is E-ST202-BLMZF

LSD comes with Superstrut equipped Celicas that have a Manual transmission ONLY. No other Celica comes with it. The Trans/Axle code is S54-06D

A redtop 3S-GE Beams motor doesn't neccessarily mean SS-III, It's a year thing, not a trim thing. Other cars including the MR2 G-Limited and the Celica SS-II also had the same motor from Late 1997 onwards, they did NOT come with LSD.
