st205 celica bits into an st205 carina ed

this may be a dumb question but i've searched the forums and haven't gotten far...but since they have the same chassis code im assuming that st205 celica bits bolt up to a st205 carina ed???

yip, ST205 Carina is 4wd, adding GT4 engine and box would be a straight bolt in affair.

their pretty rare, saw a manual one at turner's hamilton a few years back but I didnt have the funds.....the one im looking at getting now is an auto so would need a conversion...

if i do get it u can have a look if you like...

another question would suspension parts interchangeble?

if they aren't super strut then no. if they are super strut, you're in luck (or not depends how you look at it)
