I will be heading down too, prob sat i guess unless i get friday off work and do it early afternoon, i will be taking my car down on a car trailer so if my car doesnt get broken and another jafa busts his car im sure we can help out if you gas my car for the drive back

For sure. NutyMike, Chelles, GT4SUM and i went to wellington one time, left at 5am i think it was. roads were nice and quiet that early. Theres a place in Taupo that does mean pancakes!

Could plan to have a meet up / catch up on taupo, desert road and have a chance for a few photos.

I was thinking of taking the day off and going down friday, but the convoy sounds good so will probably head down when everyone else does.
