95 corolla L touring wagon

how do i get the glovebox out?
thought id ask before i break something.
cant see anything to unscrew, looks to be base of dash covering something up?

4 screws....
I think a couple are covered bu the kick panel and centre console panel
Often with the dash you have to take 2 off to get to the one you want
