How do you do this to a pipe?

Any flaring tool for making a double flare will also make a 'bubble' flare, it's an intermediate step before it gets folded onto itself to complete the double, not just this one that is only advertised as a bubble tool.

Thanks for all your replies, I've done this now.



Used a flaring tool, got the small pipe done fine, but the tool snapped in half on the big pipe (I didn't expect much from a $12 flaring tool anyway) but put enough of a flare on it that a pipe will stay on.
