hey dude..

im currently going through the same thing, and have been through it before with a vehicle and inconsistent WOF checks.

the last time i went through it, i ended up going to court with the MTA on my side against a local garage and VTNZ.

ended up winning and getting paid out for all repairs required, plus had a brand new VTNZ warrant and got a years rego out of them as well..

At this stage it looks like the celica will be gone this sunday anyway.

I will still follow through with the complaint as i dont want anyone else to have to go through this bulls### if i can help it.

As for taking them to court, You sir, are my idol! well played!
