I Require someone to strip parts off vehicles.

Must have basic tools, 8-24mm spaners/sockets screw drivers, side cutters/pliers etc

Work is 8am till 5pm with 1/2 hour lunch break and 2 x 10 minute smoko breaks, in Te Puke.

must be willing to learn. must have common sense. can use inishitive and hopefully knows a starter motor from an alternator.

minimum wage to start with, if you prove your worth you'll get paid more.

Have you had the same job open for a while now, or do you just have a really high staff turnover? You seem to make this thread every 3 months :lol:

we employed 1 guy, he's 22, mental age 15, doesn't want to learn.

all we ask for is someone with half a brain, is that too much to ask in this day and age?

could be keen if it deffinatly had something in it to get paid ok.

currently have a house in HB which i prob need to sell and have been made redundant

Is this a fulltime job, i have been doing the same sort of thing but with planes for the last 8 weeks, more store work than dismantiling though.

hellz yea ima lollie pop boy for summer job 70 hour week gets 1 grand in the hand not bad for very little responsiblity.

nah, the ones that have a full brain went overseas a couple of years ago, the ones that have half a brain are now thinking of going overseas "cause there's heaps of cash in aussie ay, my mate did it and makes like ffifffty kayyyy. australian!".

The flow on effect is that the jobs that require a full brain are being filled by people with half a brain, the jobs that need half a brain are being filled with quarter of a brain, and the jobs that need quarter of a brain are getting filled by people without a brain :lol:

Nah mate $100k+ for driving trucks and fixing stuff! Neither which I can do. Although I'm quite adept at talking crap, and I am studying accounting. Hell I should just start a Kiwisaver scheme.
