Who knows about Links?

Postby Boost_4_Life » Tue Jul 20, 2010 8:43 am

just wondering if this is any good for my standard 20V silvertop... wanting to get a bit of tuneability into the rally car before i start tweaking the motor. Someone I know has this link available but i know bugger all about it, tried the link website but could find much:

Link LEM, EPROM D42V5E
Daughterboard 2004/02
Mainboard Feb/04

Came out of a modded B18 Honduh. I think its set up for paired injection though. I can get my hands on it cheaply so wondering if its worth using in the 20V?? Can provide pics...

that would be an older version 3 or 4.. im pretty sure you will have to have the mother board changed to run your engine as the older links were distributed pre programmed for engines and you couldnt change the trigger types etc.

You may or may not be in luck as they stopped the support for those a while back meaning no new sub boards, so unless they have some old stock of them....

But they may as the 20V sub board is common with most toyota's of that era.

I have a sub board to suit a 20v on my shelf if you end up needing one.
