Electric Motor = Torque+++.

Off the line they're great. Around town that's what matters more than top end performance.

If its not a straight 6, it's not a Supra. IMO.

Truth, Sadly this means the Supra is as well. It'll suck if they resurrect the name just to sodomize the shit out of it for a few extra $$.

Need to make a sub 1000kg RWD car with at least 1800cc, preferably turbo or supercharged.

Most modern cars are SO FRIGGEN HEAVY. :evil: I assume because of all the safety stuff that has to be in them now.

LOL - From 'no replacement for displacement' argument to fast 4cyc turbo's.... Is this the next evolution?

I must say I'm not a fan of hybrid electrics; but has anyone been out on the electric go-karts near akl airport? 10000000000 times better than any public petrol kart I've been in and I got a few laps with the power turned up - it was phenominal.

losing the sound of sweet cars will be a shame, but as long as they go fast it'll be fine

and look on the brightside, no more 3 inch exhausts on my sweet 1.6 y0 type cars!

Electric sounds like something out of SciFi and for me it sounds a lot cooler than V8 rumble.
