pretty much the story is that i have an awesome flat this year. 20m from liquorking (essential) and 50m from paknsave
awesome location and there is no way i want to move out of here next year (all my flatties are finished their degrees).
Rent is 450pw which boils down to $112.50 each for 4 people. house is massive and really nicely renovated with dishwasher etc etc. also has a MASSIVE back lawn and garage.

uni finishes up start of november so quite keen to get more flatmates organised before that. would be cool to get another car enthusiast in the flat. then fill the rest of the spots with random girls from advertising at uni if nothing else.
don't mind working people or couples. house is plenty big enough.
i'm 22 and past the whole party party party uni thing as i've only got one more year of my degree to go. not saying i don't enjoy a good party though
