Looking to fill one or two of the other rooms. The 4th is so small and cold (thanks to my ex's paint/carpet rip up job) even the cats don't go in it.
So what does this place have:

Separate living room with fireplace and small communal tv (no sofa tho)
Driveway suitable to get even the lowest car up it.
Heaps of off street parking.
Huge garage (although currently occupied by 3 of the 4 cars on site) with mezzanine level
1 lockable shed down behind the garage if someone wants to store carparts in it.
Huge section, with a stream at the bottom and lots of native birds.
2 cats and 1 dog (currently being reintroduced to living outside at night)
2 current occupants.
Secure wireless broadband (currently on go large but will be changing in October)
We both work in Palmy so car pooling is an option on weekdays.
Smokers ok but outside only. May consider animals if they are properly house trained and get on with mine.
Looking for:
Someone who is mature, tidy, happy to help out if needed, employed preferred, quiet person/s
