Provided the mr2 survives the drive down of course, last time I tried to race it (5 years ago) it didn't.

Another good night, imo better than the first round for the drivers. Track was alot stickier due to some leftover VHT from test n tune.
Was suprised that flannelman drove all the way from NP

Interesting night, my first run on 13psi was a 13.19 @ 172kmh, the on my second run I turned the boost up to 16ish, got a decent 60 (1.9), but the car started misfiring part way down the track so although my time was slightly better (13.16) my trap speed went way down to 165.
After that I spent the night playing a game of reducing boost until it wouldn't misfire, then turning it back up in hopes that it would be ok. Only managed 2 more runs without it missing and they were both at 10psi and in the high 13s. Worst one was a bye I ran where it pretty much missed constantly and I did a 16! Not much competition in C2 class though, and thanks to getting a bye in the semi-final round I ended up running in the final against NITRO, the 10sec Supra (which had a predictable outcome!).
Was still a pretty good night, it was fun spanking a GTT and a WRX in the qualifying rounds (including beating both of them to 60!), glad to have got some half decent times but I had hoped to break into the 12s. I guess that'll have to wait until the new year now. Car is sounding a bit tractorish at idle now so I suspect I have some unhappy looking spark plugs
