hey guys sorry know this is non-toyota question, is it possible to bridge terminals for fault codes on a 98 gtb?

If they have the pair of black and green plugs under the dash then yes, otherwise it should have an OBD2 connector up under there. Getting fairly late model, I'd expect it would be OBD2 by then

Itll have the two pairs of plugs under the dash. Join them together, see what the CEL flashes.

Joining just the black ones, driving over 10km/h until it flashes the CEL will reset ecu

was going to say, join one together gets you codes from the memory,
join the other together gets you lives codes that are active now,
and both does the reset thing.


just hope you dont get the Code 44.
