TRD LSD oils? what do you use

i have been using a synthetic 75W 140 LS gear oil in AE86 2 way.
Wondering what others have been using?

Castrol SAFXA is meant to be the one to use these days, and its real cheap to buy from a Ford dealer.

RD require a multi grade, the LS 90 type oils are not right unless you running a stock LSD

I'm interested to know what the difference between a T293 factory LSD and an early TRD T series LSD is?

Toyota mechanics considered opinion was to use the multigrade oil for racing (more bite) and the 90 on the street (smoother).
