Need underbody rust fixed, anyone want a perky/recommend?

Got some cancer brewing under the latest celica, I used to go to North End Panel beaters, but they have moved and I think are under new management.

Need it for my WOF. Rust is up under one of the rear guards, and also a wee bit on the rear bumper mount..
