are they as shit as the old purple ones were known to be? are they worth $400
iOnic wrote:My D2's have been in the car for ~5-6 years now and I've never had a problem with them. In that time they've done a couple years of daily driving and weekend track days, attempts at drift days that more often than not resulted in my spinning out and going backwards over ripple strips or doing jumps in the infield - backwards. Even after sitting for 2 and a bit years there are no leaks and they're just as the day they were installed. If they broke tomorrow I think I'd still gladly say I got my money's worth out of them and they've fulfilled the job I wanted them to do and then some.
JustinSpiderholden wrote:The real question is why are you looking to buy coilovers?
If you don't care how your car handles and just want to be low buy what ever brand you want
If you want your car to handle better, go and speak with a suspension expert and listen to there advise, jsut becasue you are low doesnt mean you car is handleing any better
