Got a waterpump making a squeaking noise. Sounds like its rubbing on a rubber seal or something.
Anyone heard anything like this before?

is there water/coolant in the radiator by any chance? that sounds like a dry seal to me. I have heard that sound before but it seems to have nothing to do with the pump being good or not

Didn't look that far. Forgot to check that as I only investigated this noise at the end of an unrelated job on this car and the engine was at running temp.
