Eek!! At the 8,500rpm we aim to rev it to, it will already have the piston speed of a 2JZ running to 9,000rpm... in combo with a fairly brutal 1.58 r/s ratio thats probably more than sufficient stress for a road car!
We'll probably just do that tune on on E85 too, its (unsurprisingly) octane limited on Mobil 98.
I'm guessing you can tell we've got on top of the E-Manage as well, seems to go well though is still definitely a compromise in some ways - I'm sure I could get the car behaving a fair bit nicer with a proper "full control" ECU, the stock OBDII closed loop lambda situation can make life a bit tricky for starters... with all the head work the engine doesn't really want to idle nicely with the kind of mixtures an "off the factory floor" engine would
