Yeah sweet, I could have easily attached the cooler to it, but seemed like extra junk I didn't need in my engine bay, None of the other 3S engines seem to run an alternator cooler except for the GT4's.

If the wires have to be swapped I'll try to pull the 2 alternators apart and swap over the regulator

That's because none of the other 3S engines have a turbo sitting next to the alternator cooking the rectifier

Except for the Caldina and the MR2 ...

The MR2 I can't picture if it had the alternator cooler or not but I know for sure Caldina GTT does not

And as sergei said, MR2 alternator is where the PS pump is on the Celica

Oh heck it has one too ... Okay, anyhow my turbo is mounted lower than stock and shifted towards the intake side

Shouldn't be a prob?

Ignore the mess of red hoses going nowhere, I had my boost controller unplugged to see how the wastegate acted on it's own.

Again this is down to the install, they are adjustable for a reason 8)

Hey Brad, You'd be able install an AVS into my Celica without those funky quirks? Is there a timer module option, Or I have to get a stand alone timer?

And before anyone starts on the old "Do you really need a turbo timer" argument, I prefer to have it. I'd rather override the timer if I haven't boosted, than sit in my car for a minute if I have boosted.

For my Dynatron, its the small 2nd button on the remote that kills the turbo timer, so I can walk away, lock it and turn the motor off if I don't need to idle it.

I have a round sensor type thing by my feet, it's got a plastic screwhead that adjusts it, I turned it all the way anti clockwise and got out and kicked my wheels, nothing happened, then i turned it all the way clockwise, and booted the crap out of my wheels still nothing happened ... Is that not the sensitivity adjuster??

I know my alarm works though, The only time I've ever heard it go off is one random hail storm a couple years ago, i had golf ball chunks of ice all over my car

S5 at least has built in turbo timer, i have mine set to a minute. Button below lock/unlock kills the timer.

I know Dynatron usually mount their glassbreak on the side of the centre console by your feet, but i dont remember it ever being adjustable?

that the pop trunk button? you have set to kill timer? it'd be cool if it did remote start when off, and kill engine when running lol except only if the key is in

Yep, its the pop trunk button (had to go check )

Pretty sure you only have to set the timer, the kill button doesnt need setup (although Brad will pipe in soon and probably correct me somehow )
