Hiace Rev question

Postby Swindog » Fri Jul 08, 2011 2:47 pm

Have a 1990 2rz carb'd hiace.

Wondering what the rev limits are to set the a/m rev counter.
Whats the rpm at 100km/h and 50km/h roughly.

I can set the counter from 2 to 10 cylinder. On 4 cylinder it seems to idle at 2500rpm but the motor obviously isnt idling at that speed.

On 8 it seems to idle at 900rpm but at 100km/h it sits at about 2600 to 2800rpm.

Just wondering if anyone has a 2rz with a counter setup either factory or otherwise.
