DATE: Saturday, 16th July
MEET: Between 1:30pm and 2:30pm
AT: Dunedin Ice Stadium carpark

I'm not sure where to cruise to, but think the Honda guys had some sort of idea before i invited them to the SSE meet (they were planning a meet on the same day, about the same time but somewhere else in the city).

lul what i wont be turning up i blew my headgasket in a big way and honestly i would overheat before i even got there. but hopefully will have rebuilt motor by 22nd.

4 door grey on stock wheels? - was a 318 but hes put in a M20B25 in it now so its a 325

Oh okay. Goes by the name antil33t - he's quite active on the Southern Skylines forums since Bimmersport has pretty much died.

It was his idea for the SSE meet, but as per usual i had to take charge on the day as it looked like no-one wanted to lead the convoy!

i didint realise it was his idea as i told him about it when i found out about it and he said "what? there's a meet? why didint anyone tell me?' - although knowing him he just wasnt paying attention LOL

Nah bimmersport hasn't died, just there's not really enough Dunedin members to have a decent meet/cruise.

I would have led, but I don't know that road exceptionally well.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY: The Lotus! Especially the sound.

And perhaps the sunny weather too.

LOWLIGHT OF THE DAY: Slow drivers!!! Especially that lady in the bloody rental car on Highcliff Road, even six (sounded like heaps anyway!) or more cars in convoy beeping the horn at her wouldn't get her to pull over into one of the many laybys she passed! I finally saw an opportunity to pass, so i did (followed by the Type R) and i think then she finally got the message and pulled over! I've encountered slow drivers on that road before, but she definately takes the cake - she was even driving with two wheels on the side of the road/edges of banks etc, kinda scary!
