We had a customer come in who's son had converted their Mitsi Delica Diesil to run on used vege oil of some sort while he was over in NZ on holiday from europe.

It developed a problem with the diesil pump and we could not find a diesil place in the country that would even consider doing work on the pump or injectors once we told them what it was running on.

see this with heavy diesels very regularly,
bad enough that they cannot be stalled or shut off, shed clutches trying to stall until they eventually Chernobyl,


And not so heavy diesels. L motors, TDs etc
