Warm/hot not boiling. Warm enough to heat the glass so it will not refrost. That way it also won't fog on the inside as it's not cold. Also keep inside clean and prep with shampoo to stop fogging.
All learnt and used successfully by owning real cars with no air con

You have not lived in Dunedin have you? :lol:

The most fun was the MR2's demister lines would freeze up and well there is a lack of warmth under the bonnet to unfreeze them...
