What looms can be used on a 4agte built from a 4agze aw11

Postby mlewis » Wed Feb 08, 2012 8:18 pm

Hey guys have a 4agze from an aw11 in my ae111 bzg trueno, in the prices of turboing the engine but need to know if i have to use a loom from a 4agze aw11 on the engine or could i use another loom? if so which one? the guy who did the conversion in the first place refused to finish it as didn't have the correct information about the conversion and has left me with a chopped up mess. Any help will be much appreciated, even someone that might be able to give me a hand sometime as a cashy if anyones keen

As Revhead said what ECU? Start from new is my advice. Never know what wires have been cut and molestered! Gasman wired up the majority of my 4agte setup

I'm using a megasquirt i was given 6months ago, been used on a 4age before, can fit directly onto a blue top 4age, how did he charge you to do it? everything else i can finish off just the wiring might be best left to someone who knows what they are doing or is willing to give me hand

My engine etc was originally his so that made it easier. Pm him and see what he has to say. I definatly recommend his work and he's definitely cheaper then an auto sparky
