Edited for truth.

Why are you a mechanic if working on cars other than Ladas makes you so angry?

I get this angry when working on all cars.

I prefer VAG. VAG make easy to work on and simple for oil change. Also fiat and lancia, bmw and mercades. Peugoet are ok but parts are hard to find. Toyota is ok except sparkplug change on 3s and v6 engines. Nissian is rubbish and mazda maybe nice car but they are hard to work on. Suzuki should stick to motorbikes and honda is actually quite good.

3S is hard for plug changes??? wtf?

BMWs are Mercs are usually rubbish to work on, VAG have their good and bad points but are generally badly designed (thinking window regs, central locking, most electrical things on them, suspension, variators etc). Toyotas and Nissans are probably the most straight forwards and easy to work on cars in this country, the V6s excluded.

yeah, even 3SGTE with intercooler on top of the plugs: 15min to change them. Perhaps you are talking about those gen2 3SGEs with that funky manifold on top....
They come with platinum plugs so you would be doing it once in 5 years or so anyway.

I will tell you one thing: anything will be harder to work on compared to boat anchor/lump of steel that VAZ is.

So not only one who likes VAG. VAG is easy to work on and has good lubrication and coolant system. Even oil pump is easy to change. normally you just Plug into the Computer and it tells you what is wrong. mostly just crank angle sensor. It is easy fit, you just need to reach down behind the oil pump and pull it out and put new one back in.

VAG has good head design and is just really simple to work on.

You talk about good lubrication system and then talk about replacing oil pump. Which one is it?

If VAG had a good design then you would not need to replace oil pump or crank angle sensor ;).

What is this hate for mazda?

Not to be confused with "good c**t", as it is a complement (just don't call your boss that).
