That item above is the filter you require, with the neck. It then attaches on to the standard Apexi adapter. It is what you'd buy, for example, if you were to replace the filter on an Apexi kit which is already installed.

Otherwise they do come with an adapter also - $155 for the filter + Adapter!

You do not need to wash them. You can, but it's not mandatory! Warm soapy water and a good rinse is fine!

So 75mm = 3". If that is the diameter needed then Apexi is good to go (Filter + 3" adapter = $155)
