I'm just wondering how it behaves when you lose one circuit.. might be possible that the balance bar allows so much travel you never get pressure on the circuit that hasn't failed?
Id imagine possibly this, my starlet has the balance bar setup, and yes if i loose the rear brakes due to a leak, i would have no brakes... when we bleed the fronts or rears, the pedal will basically go to the floor and put no pressure on the circuit that is not 'leaking'.
The way to we would overcome this in a rally if brakes failed and we could still run, is to blank off the rear lines for example, so the piston still pushes against some pressure and allows the bias bar to give us front brakes.
