Changing Radiator and hoses on 89 VX Landcruiser

Postby BigDon » Thu Jan 10, 2013 10:09 pm

I’ve got to put a new radiator in the father in laws landcruiser as the old one is poked (owned since new and 400,000kms isn’t a bad run though!). Mark from Toyota has just sorted me a new genuine unit, top and bottom hoses, and coolant.

Has anyone done this before and have any tips or tricks? Usuall its the back of the bottom hose thats the pita.

I’ve don’t a few 4ages without problem, but never a non 4age Toyota.

Thanks for the help.
