So, i'm looking at making up some hardlines for oil, water and fuel. Looking to be making stuff with IDs in the 5mm to 13mm range on the engine. None of it is particularly high pressure, max pressure any of would see would be whatever oil pressure reaches while driving a cold engine I guess. (120ish psi?)

Only other constraint is that MSNZ rules say no copper tubing for fuel, so i'll have to find something else for those lines.

Best option i've found so far is THIS. Are there better options out there?

Also, where do you buy the thin wall steel tube from? Found plenty of places that can supply copper, but steel tube in the 5-8mm ID range isn't as easy to find.

BNT/Autostop do coils of brake line. dont know about the larger diameter stuff though.
I'd try Pipeline Industries and see what they have.

It might pay to check... Do they mean pure copper?
All my lines are cupro nickel. It's never come up at two different certs or any scrutineering...
I got it from Motor Products in Upper Hutt, BNT probably have it too.

Yep, rules say pure copper not allowed.

Brought a bending tool and short length of cupro-nickel 5/16 tube this morning along with some crush washers. Pretty sure I paid way too much for the tubing, but meh, I have enough to make up the fuel piping I need.
