Thought I'd just update an old post instead of starting a new one to save the server some tiny load
The RS200 I've bought off my friend started having this scratchy noise when turning. It doesn't happen straight away when I start turning, instead it happens when the turning angle is over a certain degrees.
Anyone had similar experience??
Thanks

Just bought a RS200 off a friend and took it for a service today.
After the service I noticed this slushy sound coming from behind the dash when idle, and when the pedal is down the sound becomes more intense for about one or two seconds. The sound could be described like a mix of liquid and air rushing through some pipe.
I had a look on the internet and it seems I would either need to clean my heater core or there is air in my radiator. I couldn't really think of anything the service guys could have done which would cause this issue, except for topping up the coolant.
So I just wanna ask what should I so at this point?? Is this a serious issue that would cause larger problems in the future?
I was also told that I should do the following to try and bleed the radiator;
1. Take off the radiator lid
2. Start up the car
3. Turn the heater on max power at the highest temp
4. Let it idle for 20min
Can someone explain how would this bleed the radiator?
Thanks guys!
