rwd 20v leads with Evo coils

Postby ryanfels » Mon Jul 22, 2013 12:33 pm

Hey guys

Im doing a rwd 20v conversion into my aa63 and im using 4g63 wasted spark coils. Is there any off the shelf leads i can use with them? Im pretty open to mounting the coils where ever i need to (firewall would be ideal)

Or is custom the only way to go? (im trying to avoid this as i need the car going by next week and im a little tight on cash)

Thanks

long term probably better to, but its only really there to keep oil/water/crap out of the spark plug hole

Depends where you are mounting the coils but I used off the shelf top gun leads for a Suzuki baleno. Had both the correct ends

I was hoping to mount them to the firewall, just above where the dizzy now sits

$8 eagle leads from Appco etc FTW.
Just measure with string and go from there, you can cut and adapt the covers off the stock leads to plug the top of the tubes with a bit of glue if you need.
