Ive always wondered what my Gen 3 Camry wagon would look like, lowered on widened steelies, with bulging tyres etc, but I have a feeling it would never look that good ^

Found leak in the radiator of my daily corolla after replacing the rad cap as i thouht it was leaking due to no pressure in cooling system. Dropped radiator off this morning to be repaired. Came back this arvo repaired and i owe them a box of beers. Cheap fix FTW. Oh and it never overheated just noticed a smell of coolant sometimes and the lack of pressure when squeezing hoses.

Over the weekend, I ripped into unwrapping the entire engine wiring loom, so I can go about relocating the various sensors from the other side of the engine bay, like the TPS, IACV, IAT etc. It looks like a massive nightmare waiting to happen, but Im trying to be careful and tagging anything Im a little wary of.

I soldered up a new harness for my COP conversion to avoid any potential issues with old cracked connectors.

I deleted my charcoal canister so I would have room to relocate my remote oil filter set up

I covered all of my -10 braided oil cooler lines in conduit as I got sick to death of being pricked when ever I brushed past them. It will also stop the lines potentially causing damage by rubbing through other things in the engine bay.

I got dynaflow to make me an extra long SS braided PTFE oil feed line for my turbo, so I can run it from the new oil filter position, and around the engine to the turbo, instead of over the top of the new cam covers.

I bought a small lightweight drycell battery, as the old one was too big to squeeze in between the Q45 throttle body, and the headlight. It has its own metal jacket to affix to the car to help with mounting it, so Ill just need to make a bracket to go over the top of it to hold it in place.

I got a small sheet of 6mm perspex that I will cut up to make a new low profile fuse box, so I can tuck it under the new plenum, now that there is no room for the factory fusebox due to the same throttle body ^ lol

Bought some more conduit to put around all of my braided oil cooler lines

Cursed that I cant find any ECU terminals, and then went home.

Finally got round to cleaning the inside of the honda.. 4 hours later the glass is spotless (expect that nearly impossible to get to bit behind the high stop light), the interior rubber and plastics are as clean as they are going to get and the carpets have been cleaned, outside of the car has also been washed. Not quite Concours standard, but pretty good. Now I just need to hit up Strong/Torque Performance for some replacement interior bits to replace the stuff that is beyond salvaging (drivers mat, B pillar trim on passengers side and gear knob)

Been saving up to get a decent set of wheels and replace those ugly Advantis that came with the car.

Two of the wheels were slightly damaged so I fixed them at work and whacked them on. Looks way better IMO.

They are 16" SSR Type V

Drove the Aristo, got stuck at the mall due to dead battery even tho its been on charge for a week. So brought a new battery to jump start me to get home.
Then had trouble finding the bonnet release on the new Focus. Theres a key hole behind the front badge to pop it..... ???

A fair few fords have had that for about the last decade or more. I'd imagine it to be quite frustrating the first time :P

Yeah that's why I put them in. Privacy glass is a bitch at night. Not sure if 6000k is the best for the job but it's way better than stock.
