Took the heatwrap off my manifold. Discovered it's cracked in several places, and the previous owner had some "interesting" welding skills.

Took it to Meremere last night, managed a 14.01 with a caged and stripped but otherwise stock gen 2 Sw20 on toyo T1Rs. Happy with that for my first attempt at drag racing.

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

Yea , you were looking good till the last round when Toybaru pulled one out of the bag.
By the last round of the autocross I was just hoping to get around without hitting anything  .
here is a vid of my fastest time up the " bent sprint" , not too bad considering it is a standard 1300 turbo motor at the moment, though the GTX2863R and G4 link probably help

Drove to Matamata to collect some standard Aw11 seats.

Car came with STi seats - great if you are five feet tall.

The new ones have such features as adjustable bolsters and lumbar support. Sports class and luxury at its finest!
