Alot of batteries can seem dead, and not accept a charge, then are returned to health easily enough with the correct charger.
Nah Bro we already sent back a previous battery to the rep before under exactly the same circumstances thats why I chuckled to myself.
We have also tried Alternate chargers as well on more than 1 occasion.
