To everyone who is involved in this. I am sorry I have not paid your money back..

I am trying to find money for your refunds and being a student i get 100 bux a week and thats it. I really am sorry for cancelling the track day but I had 5 people pay 6 including myself and then I had 40 people interested and then I tried contacting them and no one replied!!'

Im talking to the people i owe money to!! some have not texted me yet!!.. Im sorry to say this but people who did not pay have NOTHING to do with this matter AT ALL.. and some privacy would be good. Who Ever put ma address on the site, it is not my address!!!

Yep will confirm I had a text today. And FNKYGT whats to repay me, are we all going to be proven wrong. Yes 6X130=780, but lets see what happens.

ups for at least making contact, but dont make lame excuses like your a student and you dont have money... you cant spend money that is not yours, otherwise you would have no problem refunding people that have paid even minus the deposit from taupo.

Everyone that is owed money by Melanie still needs to take this into court. You need a legal document saying that Melanie owes you a certain amount of money and she has a certain timeframe to return the full amount to you. Failing that enforcement action (warrant for arrests or warrant for property seizure) will be undertaken

It's all well and good to say "I'll pay you back" but that's too open ended and if you guys accept it she can legally take as long as she wants to do so

yeah you're right, I've had the exact same thing with 2 different people happen to me now. they dragged it out for literally months, then had my money within a week of taking it to the courts.

I've also spoken to my parents and they have said a good thing to do is start with the first person that paid me and work my way backwards paying people off. I think that is fair because the people who paid 1st have been waiting the longest . dont you??

Why can't you just get a loan or something from your parents. Otehrwise, set a timeframe and write something in paper. Words are no good without action.

That is not entirely correct sorry to say. I work in debt collection; and if the car is bought for your use however is in someone else’s name and can proved that you are the main user, contribute to running costs, and a couple of other factors it can be sold as per court discretion by court ordered debt. If the change of ownership has been recent and to family or friend and can also be proven it was done in correlation to either a recent conviction or change of circumstance it can be seized and sold to pay debts and/or court fines. Been there and done that before with a debtor.

I think that while there is some contact between FNKYGT and those who have paid discussion and critisims by those who have NOT paid and who are NOT directly involved on here should be kept to a minimum.

No point creating more of a shit storm when all it may do is aggravate the situation.

I think FNKYGT realizes the world of shit she is in over this.
FNKYGT, listen to Chelles, she knows what she is talking about.
Also, in future, it's probably for the best if you refrain from advertising any track days or anything on here.

Those of you affected on here please keep the admins in the picture with whats happening via admins@toyspeed.org.nz

I will post the out come of FNKYGT's efforts in this thread when they become apparant. Or, lack of efforts in thats what happens.
