Took the Mini out to Teretonga for a skid. Managed a 4th overall in the sealed autocross/sprint (on road tyres), would be good to have a set of semi slicks for it.

Installed some spherical shifter cable bearings and bolted the shifter itself directly to the floor:

Courier finally delivered...2 digital EGT/temp/pressure/voltage gauges with 0-5v output for logging and over/under limit relay output.
EGT probe
3bar Map sensor
and a shiny new passport.

Which tyre? I had an expected D1 drive when driving on some old Achillies 123 in the rain at Manfeild once.

Haha nice. I would've taken a pic too. Speaking of which, my GF saw two black Supras on the way home from work the other day.

After thinking about it I went to Bunnings in Lyall Bay and found a bunch of netball girls who were fundraising so let them wash it while me and GF were looking at shower cubicles.

Spun the Stagea on a roundabout, yes, Achilles in the wet. Don't know how I missed everything.
Re: What did you do to your car today?
They may be ATR's actually, it was a roundabout that caught me out and put me sideways. I have F1 D5 eagles on my subbie and they are 100 times better.

Re: What did you do to your car today?
Thought that since I had a spare afternoon after work and a garage, that i'd finally get around to sorting my front suspension. What fun that was
So pulled coilovers out, disassembled them and swapped the front springs. New ones are 65mm Swift springs, 14kg and 200mm free length. Then reinstalled with new SPC camber arms. Measured everything but height still came out wrong
sitting too high so will see if it settles otherwise will adjust again. But so far it rides sooooo much nicer. No bottoming out, turns in nicer and smoother too even tho they are 4kg heavier.
