Ill always be watching, mate
Even Canada and The US will be a pleasure
Well they certainly seemed to be able to get their tyres in the window during quali, but the clouds are expected to thicken by tonight so track temps will plummet and again we will move into the unknown with any number of teams who could luck into the right set up that suits the cooler conditions.
With the new tyres, Its a lottery, plain and simple.
There is going to be some amazing strategys given the difference in tyre sets that the main players have, and their positions on the grid.
I bet Louis is hoping no penaltys are issued due to his stoppage on track...
P.S CONGRATS MITCH EVANS!!! It was so great to hear our anthem being played over the PA, very proud indeed. Lets hope race 2 goes well from his reverse grid 8th position. This year is his time to shine
EDIT: Poor Louis will start 24th after being stripped of pole. Maldonado starts from pole, what a drama before the race have even started...

I noticed Hamilton was holding his cap when he got weighed after quali. Penatly was for not returning to pits under his own power though. Lets pretend that his car is under wieght for quali though and the cap is made of lead,
and there is something more sinister going on(His times were massively quick through the sessions)
Remember Hamilton ran out of fuel last year in Canada. So the penalty was probably due to pushing the rules a bit.

Gotta love this season, most entertaining one in my memory. You know its good when a race at Barcelona is actually exciting! Just dissapointed Kimi couldnt charge through in the final laps.
5 different drivers, 5 different manufacturers, 5 races. Awesome!
And you wouldnt bet against at least one of the Lotus drivers getting a win along the way. And still the likes of Hamilton, Webber, Schumacher, more than capable of getting a win this season.

Wow that was a pretty serious fire at the Williams garage

Very luck nobody was hurt seriously in that fire. It doesnt take long to spread when fuel rigs explode.
A huge congrats to Pastor, and Williams, its been extremely hard watching them slowly slip away from the front of the grid over the past 10 years, so much so that I think most people would have ever doubted another win for the team.
5 races, 5 different winners, with many other potential winners still to have their turn...could this be the first season in history where the championship winner only wins one race?
Either way, its going to be the best season ever

And some classic Kimi:
Q. And what did you tell the Finnish viewers just now?
KR: It's Mothers' Day in Finland.
Q. So Happy Mothers' Day?
KR: Yeah. I had nothing else to say to Finnish viewers.

Just watched the gp2 race, was pretty non eventful as expected.
Im looking forward the the GP3 race in half an hour, Mitch is starting 4th so fingers crossed for another great result
I wonder if we will see anymore rain for the F1 sessions? It was like ice yesterday with a few cars not even able to keep heat in the intermediate, which was surprising to say the least.
Time for another sunday Pirelli lottery
Go Schu
