Toyspeed Due for a makeover??
Moderator: The Mod Squad
i wasnt intending to make toyspeed a complicated and complex high bandwidth site... just as simple but with a different concept. This theme is the standard phpbb these for this board. I think a site of this status deserves a much greater design. But still simple.

If the image is to chage people need to fork up some money to get all the above changed so there is a consistant message.
However if the logo stayed the same but the forums look and website change then I'm all for that. The website is very old these days.
yup keep the logo... thats solid in stone.. just the website.

You have no idea of the potential hassle/headache something like this can cause (On a political level).
with phpBB ( what this forum runs on ) there is no hassle, it is the most simple forum code to modify, on the planet. period.
edit: and before i get flamed, yes i know what im talking about, i host & code, a couple myself.

So do I...
i rekon the main page needs to be redesigned.. the forum and main site need the same concept ... logo is awesome leave that. But just gradually change the colours to toyspeed colours (which im assuming red black and grey) ... i think there is enough talent on this board to make it really unique!!

That logo took ages to work out, it's well recognised now.
i think he means more that the Z is a different font type... the outside corners of the Z should be sharp like the other letters not rounded, thats what I noticed anyway
When in doubt, down and out.

This place does look a little different to the norm, at least ToySpeed has a proper, unique looking logo etc unlike a certain other club which doesn't know the meaning of a consistant look *cough* Southern Skylines *cough*.
But yeah, if anything perhaps very mild changes could be made to the forum but quite frankly it doesn't need any. The website on the other hand i won't even begin on what needs done to it...
