I'm not keen for friday nights as we will get more trouble from the cops thinking that we are just 'boyracers' in town to cause trouble. Just not worth the hassle IMHO. Thats why we picked wed nites originally so that we have have a meet and not get the hassles.

I vote wed nites, fortnightly and at 8pm.

When did police become a factor when deciding to have meets? :roll:

The only reason why you'd need to worry is if your car looks and sounds like a POS and if you drive like a twat.

I guess if you're that worried about being pulled over one of the above 3 options apply to you, which IMHO I don't see why anyone should give a toss...

Police aren't an issue. If they show up and see a group of people hanging around by cars and doing nothing wrong, then they can do what? Worst thing they can do is check your rego and warrant.

True and false, Due to high crowds of car enthusiats plumber street has become a no go zone 24*7.. that said its allways going to be an issue i guess just slightly less on a friday or saturday night.

id prefer friday over wednesday definetly and yes if it was friday would probably be better not to have it at the ports, there are 100's of other fine places to have it in town

weds is better for me than friday, although there will be alot more happening on a friday night than a weds night in town, be it slappers or shiny cars, or both.

i could do every second friday, it would suck if the fortnightly was on the week i couldnt do.

i havent been to a toyspeed event yet, but im keen to get involved.

once my poor toyota is back on the road at least

times not really an issue.

i reckon we trial this friday. a choice place for a meet would be the water side of halsey st between pakenham st west and madden st in freemans bay.

theres a little carpark there and the odd gangsta drives through. theres also restaurants down there so it cant be a no go zone.

ok ok, one thing at a time. were looking at a time and day not adding more confusion by changing the location..

Im thinking both a Wednesday and A Friday meet the week after next ( time for everyone to be ready ) and see what kinda numbers we have turn out..

Im going to suggest 8pm and if you can make it be there if you cant untill 9pm we will be there waiting. This will hopefully judge the biggest turn out per day per time. Ill be bailing at 9:30 due to work commitments so judging still start from 8 untill then.. Ill make a re post shortly of the descion, times and dates for the 1st offical new trail meet(s) and well see how we go aaaite!
