I Discourage this.
The only people who have the right to take that sort of action are the people who've actually had money taken from them over this - and even then, the _right_ thing to do is to involve the authorities.
Harrassment of that nature is unproductive - at least until the 'appropriate' alternatives are all exhausted. IMHO.

seconded, harrassment will NOT help the situation, and in turn may end up giving her the power as you know in this f'd up county the "victim mentality" is often the winner in court.

Its all about the principal, if you dont, people will get away with it to carry as they have been.
I'm not saying she has done any of this, she may have, but it also could be a big missunderstanding. But if she has, let her have it, take it to the courts.

you can do her for court costs too, then you have to take the morning off work etc. make sure you have EVERYTHING documented though, so you can prove what was and wasn't said/agreed. you probably won't come out with alot once you take time off work etc, but like camb01 said its the principal of it. she got given one "chance" by the judge and hasn't learnt her lesson, maybe she needs a harsher penalty this time...

Yea, shes already scammed once, and was let off on the condition she doesn't do it again.
