where to buy that patterned aluminium exhausmani heat sheild

Post by slammed_integral »

i want to buy some of that aluminium looking metal that often has a pattern of some type on it, people often use it on sheilding heat around exhuast manifold area.

it looks quite flexible but i havnt seen in the flesh or well, metal or touched it to know what it actually is.

anyone know what it is and where to buy it?

most late model vehicles (2000 onwards) have it between the cat or muffler and the floor. so could be worth a trip to pick a part

HR140-GTR is 700x290
HR143-GTTR is 700x580

retail being 66.74 and 79.42 for them excluding gst, but who pays retail?
