Alright, so what kinda car is it? I worked in the auto upholstery trade for about 2 & 1/2 years so know the ins and outs of headlinings. You chosing to go vinyl for what reason? You plan on spraying/covering your sunvisors aswell.

You referring to the rubber door seal which keeps rain/moisture etc out, I think you maybe able to get it in limited styles/design which may work for some cars, best bet would be Reid & Twiname, 61 Shakespeare Rd, they would be the most likely source of this kinda thing, don't know if they're back ...
