Alright, so what kinda car is it? I worked in the auto upholstery trade for about 2 & 1/2 years so know the ins and outs of headlinings. You chosing to go vinyl for what reason? You plan on spraying/covering your sunvisors aswell.

At the end of the day vinyl is going to be the trickier option as ...

Vinyl could be purchased from Reid & Twiname, Shakespeare Road, and glue, I dunno, most hardware stores, even the warehouse does Bostich reasonably cheap, is def advisable to spray it tho as opposed to brushing it on.

You referring to the rubber door seal which keeps rain/moisture etc out, I think you maybe able to get it in limited styles/design which may work for some cars, best bet would be Reid & Twiname, 61 Shakespeare Rd, they would be the most likely source of this kinda thing, don't know if they're back ...

Know a guy Nick who did the conversion on his MR2, don't think he's on the forum, used the 4-AGZE block with a 20V head, custom inlet plenum, custom turbo headers, Link ECU etc, all done himself on a limited budget.
