Got it back from a member on Oldschool who does restoration work. Lots of small areas of rust replaced with new metal and new paint. Just needs a good wash and polish now. Oh and the badges putting back on when I can be bothered, I just won't go out in the rain so the holes won't be an issue. Super ...

I have cut that bracket off mine, think it was just the bottom half. Didn't seem to do much and looks better without. And as my AW is actually Revhead's old one, then the pic above is as it was pre cut Man the frunk there looks tidy.
Haven't had issues with flex, or problem closing the bonnet or ...
