I had a similar noise to the one you describe last year in my gtt, although I only have shitty D2 adjusties.
The cause of mine was a looses lock nut at the top of the tower under the bonnet. A new Fuji nut and some locktight made it disappear.
Maybe check there too?

I concur with above. OUSA were out that night with brooms scrubbing down the streets and cleaning shop windows. Their only fault surrounding the incident was the lack of communication with some of the colleges resluting in them arriving early.

I have insurance through Medical Assurance Society, $600 p.a. on gtt with usual mods, $1000 excess for me, $1500 for anyone else driving. I'm 22 with few speeding infringements. They brilliant to deal with -no questions. Just replaced my 4 y.o Macbook with a brand new one when I dropped it.

Well I finished BSc last year -human physiology major. Now doing B. Dental Surgery -pretty intense course. So if you're ever a patient of the dental school, you might be fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to have me :)

It seems to be possible to plane the manifold and affix some sort of clamp where the missing stud should be? I would be highly $&#$% off if all I got done was a plane and reattach only to have the same thing happen in a few months time.

Precisely what happened to mine. They plained the ...

I'm struggling getting my EBC set up. If I have gain over 20-25% I get boost spikes. So I run it on 15% and have the wastegate start to open at 6.5 psi before the target boost (13.5 psi). But even on that it shoots up to 14-15 psi before it drops down to 10 and then takes forever to reach the target ...

Magoo made me up a downpipe to replace CAT and redid the rest of my system too for a very reasonable price. I have a single bullet-style muffler in the middle and sound is not too bad

I have the same noise in my gt-t! As does WCKWGN.
Only when decelerating like you said and definately front left. Goes away when clutch in and gets faster with engine speed. Is still present when breaking. I also get a groaning noise from the same area when the steering wheel is turned to the right ...
