Standard ST205 does a 13.something quarter mile, similar to an evo.
The ST205 is leagues better than what Mitsubishi and Subaru were making back in '94

So they lost some of their class then if your going on previous posts?

I see a tacky chromed stereo (with band expander no doubt), a Repco gearknob (gearstick hacksawed off to make a "short shifter"). Not quite sure what you are trying to show from this photo? My ST205 has the rare factory leather, maybe I'm spoilt but EVO's and WRX's feel so cheap. I'd compare them more to a Corolla or Mirage interior (cheap, in keeping with their market segment), not nicer interiors of the larger cars like the V6 VR4, Chasers or Legacys.
RunningRich wrote:?? Are trademe asking prices really relevant to anything? The NZ used "performance" car market is driven by vehicle financing and boyracer popularity. I remember the days when the car yards were full of $17000 preludes and $13000 FX-GT's, simply because they were the popular import at that time. The prices the cars sold for had nothing to do with their value new, or quality for that matter. I know a few Prelude owners who we pissed off when they could push their fingers through the rusty bodywork two years later! The higher asking prices reflected popularity, nothing to do with the cars themselves.
