i have an ae101 gtz turbo running standard computer. i was running a td04l off a gsr and on really hot days it'll run extremely shit!
now from standard the ae101 gtz's (airflow meter dont, only map) run an inlet manifold temp sensor, this retards ignition when the 'supercharger/air' gets to hot to stop damage against the engine. i know that some people out there just don't connect it when converting to turbo, my car was converted by speedtech and believe it was there first setup they've done (with standard comp) and they adapted it to the standard ae92 small port manifold.
my question is, can i disconnect it? it'll make my car a lot faster at masterton thats for sure! (got to 32degrees last time!)
