is the gx61 manual already?

assuming its manual, box and standard clutch will be fine (although an uprated clutch wouldnt hurt) When I did my ga70 manual conversion I didnt have any probs with a na clutch setup anyway.
wireing wise for the 1ggte go here:

http://members.optushome.com.au/mkhala/ ... index.html

Has articles for diagrams and ecu pinouts which should help, but if you are taking from a donor car it should be a straight (albeit a little time consuming) swap...well sortov
Cant believe im still a member here.

Recently helped HELBND replace his 1GGTE with one from a Cresidia into his Supra.

Not sure if the Supra and Soarer are similar, but we had to change the sump on it, due to the cross member.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Umm clutch, yer get one for the flywheel you have got..... just get a heavy duty LUK clutch or summint, find out the clamp pressure's and the highest one wins.

as for the wiring http://www.toymods.org.au/ Tech docs, As boldy has said.

1ggte gx61 sounds good im glad the mx/gx/rx series is getting popular.
