When i baught my GA-70, it had $$% turbos, as you said, spent $$% of money trying to get them fixed (so they wern't puffing smoke like a hippie in the 70s) In the end paid some guy who knew what the hell he was doing 140 bux, fixed it, perfect. Never had a problem with them since (except for the mass turbo lag) basically, the problem is, the oil flange on them warps slightly makeing them leak like bastards. So just take them off the car, get the flanges machined and pop them in, i think they are metal on metal joins, as a rubber seal would get ruined by the heat.
Should fix them up tropper.
